By accessing or using PassportApp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PassportApp provides an online passport photo processing service for UK passport applications. We process uploaded photos to meet official passport requirements and provide digital downloads and print-ready files.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during checkout
Upload only photos of yourself or individuals you have consent to photograph
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to circumvent any security features

4. Photo Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your photo meets basic quality standards (clear, well-lit, front-facing). While our system attempts to process most photos, we cannot guarantee acceptance by passport authorities if the original photo has fundamental issues.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

6. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your processed photos via email and a dashboard link. Photos are available for download for 30 days from the date of purchase.

7. Compliance Guarantee

We guarantee that photos marked as "passed" meet UK passport photo requirements. If your photo is rejected by passport authorities due to a compliance issue on our part, you are eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

PassportApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
